SBX Cars is proud to offer for sale this Lingenfelter-upgraded 2015 Chevrolet Camaro Z/28 showing 11,932 miles at the time of this cataloging. Finished in Summit White over a black leather and suede microfiber interior, it is being sold by a private seller in Arizona.
Based on the General Motors “Zeta” platform beginning in 2010, the fifth-generation Camaro drew nostalgic inspiration from its 1960s predecessor via an aggressive stance, a long hood and a narrow grille. A few years later, the Z/28 variant took center stage and showed the world how a truly track-focused Camaro would look and perform. The Z/28 embodied the longstanding muscle car formula: a big engine, a manual transmission and a race-tuned chassis. There were just 1,292 Camaros produced in Z/28 form during the 2014/2015 production run, and you are looking at one of them. But wait, as they say – there’s more.
Building on the already-capable Z/28 foundation, Lingenfelter Performance Engineering in Brighton, Michigan equipped this Camaro with a high-powered crate engine within the last 2,000 miles. The build started with a blueprinted and CNC-machined LS7 block, and the go-fast equipment list included COMP Cams rockers, a forged steel crankshaft, an MSD Atomic Airforce intake manifold and 850cc injectors. And go fast it does, indeed. It offers 800 horsepower on tap.
A comprehensive Lemon Squad inspection was performed on June 3, 2025 and is available for review. Whether destined for the street or the track, this performance-built Camaro is built to make every drive an exhilarating one. If you have a passion for motorsports, buckle up and see where it takes you.
An equipment list from Lingenfelter Performance Engineering dated June 2022 breaks down the engine build specifics. Highlights included the 440ci Eliminator Spec R crate engine and its ancillary components. The parts and labor expenditures totaled $31,314.
According to the CARFAX report, the cooling system was checked in December 2024. Service was performed in March 2023. The front wheel bearings and wheel speed sensors were replaced, and a thrust alignment was performed, in May 2022.
Included in the gallery are invoices from extensive work performed between July 2015 and July 2020.
The CARFAX report classifies this Camaro as a one-owner car with accident-free and damage-free ownership. It was first offered for sale by Freeway Chevrolet in Chandler, Arizona and has remained Arizona-owned throughout life.
An inspection was performed in June 2025. There were some cosmetic blemishes noted, which are outlined below. A scan of the ECU revealed no current, pending or historic fault codes. The tires show 12/32 tread depth at all four corners.
There are marks noted on the lower front end, rear fender flares, side mirrors and door handles. Some paint chips near the driver rear fender well have been touched up. There is light wear noted on the seats and floor mats.
From the moment it was unveiled at the New York Auto Show in 2013, the limited-production fifth-generation Camaro Z/28 became sought-after by those who prioritized performance and track capabilities. There was a reason it needed heavily bolstered Recaro seats: this car could handle.
Lingenfelter Engineering, known for over 50 years as a manufacturer of high-performance modifications, was called upon to make this Z/28 a one-of-a-kind performer. The car has accrued fewer than 2,000 miles since receiving a modified LS7 800-horsepower powerplant, and it is now ready to dominate a street or track near you.
