Overview

SBX Cars is proud to offer for sale this 1968 Chevrolet Chevelle Pro-Touring Coupe, showing just 2,700 miles (4,345 km) since completion of a comprehensive frame-off restoration. Finished in Reflex Silver with Yenko-style graphics over a spectacular red interior, this reborn Chevelle delivers stunning visual impact backed up by a no-expense-spared professional build.

This isn’t a nostalgic restoration—it’s a ground-up rework aimed squarely at modern performance. The stance is athletic, the details are crisp, and the execution carries through from the mirror-like paintwork to the underside. American Racing wheels, redline tires, and chrome accents give it a period-correct look, but this Chevelle was built for serious driving.

At its core is a fuel-injected 383 stroker V8 paired with a Tremec close-ratio 5-speed stick, a combination that transforms the car into something far more capable than its late-’60s origins suggest. With a fully upgraded suspension, full power disc brakes, and a thoroughly sorted chassis, this Chevelle was built to be driven hard, shown proudly, and enjoyed immediately.

With a fuel-injected stroker V8 GM crate engine, modern suspension, and a manual gearbox, it delivers the kind of performance and control expected from a contemporary build - with the timeless presence of a ’60s muscle car icon.

Finished in a striking silver and red combination and backed by extensive documentation, this 1968 Chevelle stands out as a carefully executed example of what a Pro Touring build can be when done right — equally at home as a stunning showpiece and a serious driver’s car.
