SBX Cars is proud to offer for sale this 1999 Ferrari F355 Spider showing just 22,194 mi (35,718 km) on the odometer at the time of cataloging. Finished in Nero over a Black leather interior, this Pininfarina-styled Italian exotic is a throwback to the time of analog driving fun.
From the final year of F355 production, today’s Spider features the sinuous lines that helped make these Ferraris the ultimate 90s posterized dream car. The 109 hp/liter specific output from the 90° V8 was the highest of any free-breathing engine of the era and its 8,500-rpm remains the kind of Italian siren song every enthusiast should experience at least once.
Benefitting from a recently completed $25,000 service, this 1999 F355 Spider remains largely original aside from tasteful upgrades like the manually-operated soft-top conversion and carbon fiber engine bay trim. Looking sharp in triple black, it also boasts the must-have open-gate 6-speed manual.
A $25,000 major service was completed in May 2025 by Black Horse Garage of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Work performed included the following:
The attached CARFAX history shows ownership in Illinois and Michigan and 6 service records. There is a gap between 2006 and 2010, and between 2014 and 2022, but it shows no mileage discrepancies for the given time period.
Paint meter readings can be found in the gallery.
In our modern era of ultra-fast computerized supercars, this 1999 Ferrari F355 Spider offers a desirable dose of analog goodness. Drop the top, fire up the naturally aspirated V8 mounted amidships, and enjoy the unique driving experience that only a car with three pedals can deliver. That polished shifter sitting over the open shift gate is just icing on the cake.
