Once the account is created and both parties have completed their required action items, KeySavvy reviews the deal and unlocks the payment step for the buyer. The buyer then sends the full payment to KeySavvy. After verifying the funds, KeySavvy sends a digital bill of sale to both parties for e-signature. Once both parties have signed, the dashboard updates to indicate when it is safe to have the vehicle shipped. KeySavvy sends payment to the lien holder within one business day of the vehicle being picked up by the shipping company. The payoff is sent via FedEx with two-day delivery. After the lien holder receives the payoff, it typically takes 7–10 business days for the loan balance to update. The title release process takes approximately 4–6 weeks after the payoff is received.
