Where Italian opera meets muscle car thunder, this "Special Edition," 1 of 400 convertible is a five-star symphony on wheels!

    Overview

SBX Cars is proud to offer for sale this 2017 Maserati GranTurismo Sport Special Edition convertible showing 9,401 miles at the time of this cataloging. Finished in Rosso Italiano with a black power-retractable top over a Nero black leather interior, it is offered with an owner’s manual, a car cover, a wind deflector, a CARFAX report, and a clear title.

With rich history dating back to 1914, the Maserati name is synonymous with motorsports passion. The brand’s sports and grand-touring cars of today share the same DNA that the Maserati brothers instilled in their first racecar, the Tipo 26, in the 1920s. That car paved the way for storied success to follow.

The year 1957 was of particular significance because it marked the introduction of the 3500GT, Maserati’s first real foray into large-scale road car production. That was also the year Juan Manuel Fangio drove the Maserati brand to a championship in Formula 1 at the Nürburgring. In recognition of that historic feat, some 60 years after the race, Maserati serialized 400 units of the GranTurismo as Special Editions and gave each of them special equipment like carbon fiber trim, 20-inch MC Design wheels, and commemorative placards.

This car, badged as number 361 of the production sequence, has accrued fewer than 10,000 miles in California since new. It comes with recent service history and is the optimal choice for a collector who embraces exclusivity, heritage, and timeless Italian style.
