The Drophead Coupe took open-top, grand-touring luxury to new heights from the very moment it launched in 2007. Its design, inspired by J-class yachts, was developed by renowned artist Ian Cameron. The CARFAX report classifies this Drophead Coupe as an accident-free and damage-free vehicle. It was first sold in La Jolla, California in November 2007 and titled as a corporate vehicle. Registration events subsequently took place in Florida, Washington D.C., Connecticut, Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.
Daniels BMW of Allentown generated an Automobile Status Report during the September 2024 maintenance appointment, wherein the lighting, underbody, fluid levels, tire tread depths, brake linings, and drivetrain were thoroughly inspected. All systems were checked and noted as optimal, with exception of the engine oil and brake fluid, both of which were rectified at that time.
