SBX Cars is proud to offer for sale this 1966 Chevrolet Corvette convertible showing just 35,304 km (21,937 mi) on the odometer at the time of cataloging. Finished in Nassau Blue over a Bright Blue vinyl interior, this vintage C2 convertible is from the original, highly desirable run of Sting Rays.
With guidance from Zora Arkus-Duntov and Bill Mitchell, Chevrolet put the sports car world on notice when it launched the second-generation Corvette. Dubbed the Sting Ray, it was all sharply creased bodywork and big V8s. Just like this blue beauty that goes a step further with that handsome white convertible soft top.
Today’s gorgeous 1966 example struts in the same Nassau Blue over Bright Blue layout that it was originally spec'd with nearly 60 years ago. This is a car with presence and one that promises all the classic analog driving excitement these Corvettes are known for.
