Modern-day Mad Max-mobile on steroids! With a drivetrain from Subaru’s rally-bred performance car, adjustable differential controls, and a lightweight steel tube exoskeleton, this all-wheel-drive rocket would be a proper steed if the apocalypse befalls us.
Overview
SBX Cars is proud to offer for sale this street-legal 2021 Exotruck GR kit vehicle showing 1,410 miles at the time of this cataloging. Finished in “Illusion Shocker” green powder coat with Corbeau racing seats, this one-off, all-wheel drive custom truck is offered by the builder, Exotruck LLC, in Bridgeville, Pennsylvania with a build sheet and a kit car title.
Unconventional? Perhaps. Versatile? Absolutely. Fun to drive? To the extreme. This 400-500 horsepower (depending on ethanol content) custom truck was engineered on a starting foundation of a strong, yet lightweight steel tube frame. From there, it received a donor drivetrain from Subaru’s rally-bred performance car, the “GR” generation WRX STI. That means that despite having eye-catching exclusivity, it can be serviced by virtually any shop. Off-the-shelf replacement parts will keep it running for many years and miles ahead.
The open-air two-seat cockpit provides bolstered bucket seating and five-point safety harnesses, which is a good thing: Weighing in it at only around 2,600 pounds, it accelerates (0-60 mph in 3.9 seconds) and turns with astounding agility – so hang on. Features include an encrypted Bluetooth ignition, Brembo disc brakes, Rota 18-inch wheels, LED exterior lighting, a Nine Lives wing, and fully digital instrumentation.
For a visceral driving experience, you will be hard-pressed to find anything more engaging than an Exotruck experience. Think of it as a street-legal go-kart – with the added benefit of cargo-carrying space.

EXOTRUCK even with adjusting, would fit 6'5" 340lbs ?
Fish1878 the seats Corbeau FX1 and are fixed. My brother is 5'10 220ish and says it fits him well. Im 6'0 200 and would make adjustnents, any bigger and it starts to get uncomfortable
EXOTRUCK incredible build. Any thoughts on registration, etc for a CA-based guy? Thank you.
Gizzy993 Thank you! In PA, special construction vehichles are emmisions exempt. A quick read states that may be transferable to CA under the Special Construction laws or getting a NB100 form. I cant say for sure and you would have to check with a SMOG referee. The vehichle has a factory STI ecu, but most of the emmisions components are not there.
