Following assembly in February 2022 for the Canadian market, the car was first registered as a lease vehicle in Quebec in August 2022. It was subsequently inspected in accordance with United States highway safety regulations and imported in May 2024.

A used vehicle inspection was performed in June 2024. Maintenance was most recently carried out by Porsche of Elmbrook in Wakesha, Wisconsin in October 2024. The car carries the remaining balance of its factory bumper-to-bumper warranty, which, per the seller is valid worldwide.

The CARFAX report classifies this 911 Turbo as an accident-free and damage-free vehicle. 

This 911 is said to be in near-perfect condition throughout, although the selling dealer notes that there is some expected wear consistent with the car’s 5,265-mile odometer reading.

The vehicle was inspected on May 5, 2025, and the report can be viewed below. Per the inspector's notes:

• Completed multipoint inspection, including under car - everything looked to be in great condition; no leaks
• Test drove the vehicle 1.5 miles without issues - no unusual noises; shifted well
• All panels are in good condition, but hood looks like it has been repaired or had paint correction done; paint matches
• Interior in good, clean condition; all electronics work as expected

Per the seller, the hood received a rock chip repair but the paint is "perfect." The other noted imperfections are reportedly very hard to see and the seller believes they should be able to be buffed out. Photos have been provided and can be viewed in the gallery.
